It tastes like beer!This is my second sample of my first batch of beer.  It’s a Juniper Rye Ale.  It tastes pretty good!  It’s a little sweet, I think I’d like it better if it was a little more bitter, and a little more hoppy…  Maybe the carbonation will help with that though.  Anyway, it looks like it’s coming along.  If my hydrometer calculations are correct, it should be at about 5.2% alcohol.  I think I’ll try to bottle this on Saturday, so it should be ready for real consumption in a few more weeks.Now I just need to come up with some labels…
